Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this app. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by USDCBTC. If the user continues to use the services provided by USDCBTC, it will be considered as accepting the modified agreement
1. Users need to register a "USDCBTC" account before using this service. The "USDCBTC" account should be registered using a mobile phone number binding. Users are requested to register a "USDCBTC" account using a mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "USDCBTC" account, as well as a mobile phone number that has not been banned by "USDCBTC" according to this agreement. USDCBTCs can change the way accounts are registered and bound based on user needs or product needs, without prior notice to users
2. If the applicant for registration has a precedent of being banned by "USDCBTC" or is suspected of false registration or abusing the name of others for registration, or other reasons that cannot obtain permission, "USDCBTC" will refuse their application for attention
3. Considering the binding method of the "USDCBTC" account, you agree that "USDCBTC" will allow your mobile phone number and device identification code to be used for registration
4. When users register and use this service, "USDCBTC" needs to collect personal information that can identify the user's identity so that "USDCBTC" can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected by "USDCBTC" includes but is not limited to the user's name and address. "USDCBTC" agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of the third article on the protection of user personal privacy information
1. Once a user successfully registers and becomes a "USDCBTC" user, they will receive a username and password, and have the right to use their own username and password to log in to "USDCBTC" at any time
2. I am fully responsible for the security of user team usernames and passwords, and also take full responsibility for all activities and events conducted under my username
3. Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize the use of their own "USDCBTC" username in any form without authorization
4. Users should keep their passwords properly and do not disclose them to others. Any losses caused by poor password management are the responsibility of the user

1. The user promises to be a civil subject with full civil capacity and the ability to enter into transactions and fulfill their obligations

At the same time, users are also obliged to update the relevant registration information in a timely manner when the relevant information is actually changed

Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users through the use of "USDCBTC", including but not limited to account avatars, names, user instructions, registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, images, videos, images, and related link pages sent, replied to, and other content generated by the use of the account or this service, shall not violate relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following principles:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution
(2) Harming national security, leaking national passwords, subverting state power, and undermining national unity
(3) Harming national honor and interests
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions
(6) Rumors of walking disrupt social order and disrupt social stability
(7) Those who engage in obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigation of crimes while walking
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
4. Users are not allowed to use their "USDCBTC" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "USDCBTC" or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sexual or sexual implications
(2) Containing insults, intimidation, or threats
(3) Containing harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, and deceptive information
(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others
(5) Infringement of legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets of others
(6) Contains information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties
1. USDCBTC provides an online chat and dating platform primarily targeting the adult customer base, with specific service content provided by USDCBTC based on actual circumstances
2. USDCBTC has the right to review or delete any content posted/disseminated by users that is suspected to be illegal or violates socialist spiritual civilization, or deemed inappropriate by USDCBTC (including but not limited to text, voice, images, video graphics, etc.) at any time
3. All notifications and other messages sent to users can be sent through the app or the contact information provided by the user
1. USDCBTC has the right to terminate the provision of services to users in the following circumstances:
(1) When a user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement, "USDCBTC" has the right to terminate the provision of services to that user; If the user registers as a user again, directly or indirectly, or in the name of another person, once discovered. USDCBTCs has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services to the user
(2) If "USDCBTC" contacts the user through the information provided by the user and finds that the contact information provided by the user during registration no longer exists or cannot be connected, "USDCBTC" notifies the user of the change through other contact methods, but the user still fails to provide a new contact information within three working days, "USDCBTC" has the right to terminate the service provided to the user
(3) Users are not allowed to swipe or cheat through programs or manual means. If a user is found to have engaged in cheating behavior, USDCBTC will immediately terminate the service and have the right to withhold the amount in their account
(4) Once "USDCBTC" discovers that the data or information provided by the user contains false content, "USDCBTC" has the right to terminate the service provided to the user at any time
(5) When these terms of service are terminated or updated, users express their unwillingness to accept the new terms of service
(6) And other situations where USDCBTC deems it necessary to terminate the service
2. After the termination of the service, "USDCBTC" is not obligated to retain any information in the user's original account or related to it, or to forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party
3. The user understands and agrees that even after the termination of this agreement and the termination of the user's services, "USDCBTC" still has the right to:
(1) Continue to save your user information
(2) Continue to assert to users the responsibilities they should bear for violating laws, regulations, this agreement, and platform rules during their use of the "USDCBTC" platform services

Given the unique nature of network services, users are required to agree that "USDCBTC" may change, interrupt some or all of the network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by users during use without notifying the user or assuming any responsibility to any user or any third party
2. USDCBTC needs to regularly or irregularly detect or update the platforms providing network services. If such situations cause interruptions to network services within a reasonable period of time, USDCBTC shall not be liable for this
